All of Parnussée's jewelry is made to order. It takes us 7 to 10 working days to make your jewelry - longer if it’s a bespoke or customized piece. Can’t wait that long? Contact us and we’ll do our best to speed up the process.

Once your piece left our hands, it should be in yours within 1 - 14 business days (depending on where in the world you want your piece delierd).

We use either DHL, UPS or FedEx for all our orders. You can track your order anytime with the tacking link we've provided.

If it says your order has been delivered but it’s not with you, please contact us and we’ll get on the case.

Lab-grown diamonds are the real deal. All that’s different between mined and lab-grown is the impact our product has on things you actually care about – social and environmental impact, education and support for local communities.

Lab-grown diamonds look, feel, and are identical to mined diamonds.

Even gemologists can’t tell them apart with the naked eye, nor even a microscope. Only some high-end machines are able to detect the difference between diamonds grown in a lab and those mined from the ground.

We make sure to certify all our pieces over 0.5 carats. We mostly sell IGI graded diamonds (which is as good as it gets), but if you wish we can get you a GIA or HRD certificate for larger stones.

And since the physical characteristics of a mined and lab diamond are not different, their sparkles aren't different either!
