We've created parnusée because we grew up in Antwerp, Belgium - the world's diamond capital- to a family of diamond jewellers. Then, sometime during the pandemic of 2020 we've come across an article regarding the impact of mined diamonds on our planet and people.
It was a moment of realisation where, people reward themselves with something just as terrible as it is beautiful.
Guilt and anger, but also hope for a better future fueled us to do our research and we knew it was our responsibilty to do things differently.
